3. Pricing and Payments

• Service charges are based on the volume of goods, distance, type of service, and additional requirements such as packing materials or storage.

• A booking advance may be required, with the balance payable upon completion of services.

• Prices are subject to applicable taxes and may vary depending on seasonal demand or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Packing and Handling
Our team uses quality packing materials and professional techniques to safeguard goods. While every precaution is taken, fragile or high-value items should be disclosed in advance for special care. Customers are encouraged to insure valuable belongings independently.

5. Transportation
All goods are transported using well-maintained carriers and modern equipment. Delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by external factors such as weather, traffic, or regulatory delays. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

6. Storage Services
Storage facilities are available for both short-term and long-term requirements. Goods stored are monitored under strict security, but customers must disclose the nature of items in advance. Perishable, hazardous, or illegal items are strictly prohibited.

7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that:

• Items for relocation are properly declared and permitted by law.

• Damages caused by natural calamities, accidents, or events beyond control.

9. Insurance
We strongly recommend that customers insure their goods independently. Our company does not provide direct insurance but can assist in connecting customers with trusted insurance providers.

10. Prohibited Items
The following items are not accepted for relocation or storage:

• Explosives, hazardous materials, or flammable substances.

• Perishable food items.

• Illegal goods or contraband.

11. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services if the customer provides false information, engages in unlawful activities, or violates these Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the services will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
